Missing tasks in Insightful App

For the missing task/s in the Insightful App, follow the steps below on re-assigning the tasks to the rightful owner.

In Zoho Projects Task
  1. Remove owners
  2. Re-add owners
  3. Change and return Priority
  4. Change and return the Task's Status
Go to the Insightful App and click the sync button on the lower left then check the if the tasks have sync on the App.

If the issue persists, file a ticket to the TRG - Zoho Support Team.
